San Juan River

San Juan River is perfect for beginning  kayakers and Stand- up Paddlers. The warm water makes The San Juan an excellent place to learn to paddle, polish existing skills or simply relax on the raft. The San Juan is one of the southwest’s most extraordinary river trips. Great rapids, spectacular scenery and Pre-Puebloean ruins combine with warm water and sandy beaches for the perfect river experiences. The South side of the river is the boundary for the Navajo Nation and the north side for The Ute Tribal Reservation. This trip is a literal walk through time, geologically, geographically, and culturally. We spend ample time exploring the hidden side hikes, rock art, and ancient ruins of this magnificent river.
